VAMPIRE DEMON - SKETCH
This was my first freelance job in the 3D world, and I have a special affection for it. The client found me on an ad platform and presented a unique concept: a skull with a forked jaw, similar to that of a snake, showing exposed muscles and bones. Although the original concept was cartoon-style, he wanted something more realistic, a challenge I was ready to take on at the time.
From the beginning, I have always put a lot of effort into my work, treating each one with care and dedication. This resulted in a lot of positive feedback from customers; when criticisms arise, they are usually minor adjustments, such as the size of elements. With this project, the client gave me creative freedom and expressed trust in me, which increased my responsibility and motivation to exceed their expectations.
In the end, he was satisfied with the look and renderings, saying it was exactly what he wanted. He asked for renders in some camera positions and a turntable, but inside me, I felt a constant need to improve: texturing, modeling, sculpting, retopology and rendering. At that time, I didn't yet have complete command of the tools or the knowledge necessary to create something great. This project not only marked the beginning of my professional journey, but also awakened in me an incessant desire to constantly improve my skills!
